Program Description

This program provide employees with a number of practical techniques to deal with the pressure of working. This program will improve the self-knowledge of each employee and the effect of stress in the long run. What participants will discuss and discover are new ways to manage work in a positive way. This program helps participants understand that stressful situations always will occur as part of normal life. The second day will focus on time management to provide staff with the mechanisms installed efficiency. With respect to time management and setting priorities. The second day is a logical extension of the first day as the time management effectively is one of the best strategies to reduce stress, especially when the work environment requires dealing with multiple tasks, requests or urgent deadlines.
